Whole House Extension & Loft Conversion
We combined a ground floor rear extension, a double side extension and a full loft conversion into one coordinated design and build package.
The extension created a much larger family home, with complex steelwork integrated into the existing structure. Our team managed the selective demolition, the temporary works and the installation of a new structural steel frame with columns and primary beams.
The project is at first fix stage and shows how we carry a high-value residential transformation through the critical early construction phases.
