Fred
Technical Design & Coordination
Fred turns concepts into construction-ready documentation. His detailed site surveys and zero-tolerance approach to accuracy mean that what he draws can be built exactly as intended.
Working in AutoCAD, Revit and visualisation software, Fred produces drawings and specifications that coordinate across the structural, mechanical and architectural elements. From LGS panelling details to full Revit structural modelling, he documents every component for buildability and compliance.

Nash
Architecture & Planning
Nash leads planning strategy and knows London's policy landscape closely. He assesses what's viable on a site, flags the planning risks early, and finds creative routes through complex approval processes.
Across more than 20 London boroughs, Nash has secured approvals for everything from family extensions to multi-unit developments, including schemes that had already been refused. He balances your ambition for the site against what the policy will support, so every proposal rests on realistic expectations.
Tight and constrained sites are his speciality. Where a scheme looks blocked, Nash reads policy as a toolkit and looks for the precedent, clause or design move that unlocks density, change of use or an extra unit.

Construction Manager
Ahmad turns design intent into built reality through clear communication, practical problem-solving and constant coordination across trades, suppliers and consultants.
From first fix to final handover, Ahmad keeps the programme on track with regular updates, documented decisions and issues raised early. You know what's happening on site, when it's happening and what comes next.
